Commercial Lease Property

Many businesses need commercial lease property. Renting a place for a business requires careful consideration of access, traffic counts, space requirements, zoning laws, and the lease contract. Commercial lease property includes shopping centers, malls, strip malls, independent special purpose buildings, stores, medical facilities, office buildings, warehouses, factories, and more. Location is often dictated by the type of business. If a business depends on customer visits then location is the number one consideration. A jewelry business for example in a standalone building in a residential area might be far better off in a mall where there is daily traffic; people already out of their cars, already shopping and just footsteps from the front door. If the business was a pizza restaurant the residential location might be more appropriate and beneficial. In the case of warehouse space location might be dependent on proximity to rail lines, truck routes, distribution locations, or owner preferences.
