Neighbor problems can be a nuisance, stressful and interrupt the enjoyment of your home. If your neighbor problems do not get resolved, you may need to hire an attorney. Sometimes, it is necessary to file a lawsuit with the court. If you get a judgment in your favor, then follow up to make sure the problem gets resolved. If your neighbor problems are related to noise, public nuisance or illegal acts, then you may need to report the problem to the police.
