How can I ensure that I included everything in my lease?

Question: I am about to lease out my commercial property. How can I make sure that I included everything I need to in the commercial building lease?

Response by XJ Wang: The Best way to make sure you included everything in the commercial lease agreement form is to contact a lawyer and have him or her read over it. This way if you left something out it can be added before you and your tenant sign the contract.
