Question:

Question: I think I am a victim of predatory lending because the company keeps adding charges and fees to my loan. What are my rights?

Response By XJ Wang:  Well it is hard to know exactly what needs to be done in your situation without specifics, but I do know that if you are a victim of predatory lending then you do have rights, and there are several federal laws at your disposal. Also, around 30 states have additional laws against predatory lending. You should consult with a lawyer on your case because a lawyer can give you legal counsel and if necessary represent your interests in court.
